About Linda W. Cassell

Linda W. Cassell, certified executive coach, recruiter, speaker, writer, workshop facilitator and fundraiser, has been leading and counseling individuals and organizations for over twenty-five years.

She is the founder of Quantum Leap Coaching and Training, a company that works with executives who are ready -- right now -- to make quantum leap changes in their career.

Linda’s philosophy of coaching is grounded in the co-active coaching model: the coach and client are equals. She maintains that her clients are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole -- perfectly capable of accomplishing their greatest goals. She takes an “inside-out” approach, believing that real and significant change first manifests itself internally. Her work is influenced by many leading experts in the fields of coaching, business and spirituality, including Eva Gregory, Jack Canfield, Jim Collins, Forbes Robbins Blair, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Joe Vitale, James Arthur Ray, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Joseph Murphy, Oprah Winfrey, and many others.

She received her certification from the Coaches Training Institute, one of the world’s premier coaching schools. She also holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees in education from Kent State University in Ohio.

In addition to her work as an executive coach and recruiter, Linda is president of Managing Partners II, LLC, a Delaware-based company that provides coaching, executive search and development services to non-profit organizations.
